August 13, 2026 - The Office of Community Services (OCS) is releasing $9,238,746 in Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) reallotment funds, which will be the final FY26 funding issuance. The reallotted funds must be obligated by no later than September 30, 2026, or included in the grant recipient’s allowable 10% aggregate carryover amount into FY27 and obligated by September 30, 2027.
